Kaarthike joined GeoQ in 2022, bringing over eight years of civil engineering expertise in design, construction, management, electrical leak detection, and CQA supervision. He ensures quality outcomes for large-scale mining containment projects.
Vince Ramsay
With over 15 years of industry experience, Vince is a CQA supervision expert in geosynthetic liner installation. Since joining GeoQ in 2021, he has delivered quality solutions and expert guidance to clients.
Gerald Silagan
Gerald brings over five years of experience in geosynthetic liner installation, completing over 3,000,000m² of electrical leak detection and CQA supervision, making him a vital asset to the GeoQ team.
Romario Oliveira
Romario is an electrical leak detection specialist with a mechatronic engineering background. He has a proven track record of overcoming site challenges and delivering effective solutions for complex problems.
Senay Kebede
Senay brings eight years of lining expertise to GeoQ. As a skilled CQA and Testing Technician, he ensures quality and compliance across large-scale projects with precision and industry knowledge.
Tom Cridland
Tom Cridland brings 12 years of geosynthetics expertise to GeoQ. Specialising in CQA inspection, leak detection, data submission, and material procurement, he ensures excellence and precision across all project phases.

Ian is a Geosynthetic Manufacturing specialist that undertake factory inspections and in field CQA and Electrical leak detection for the previous 3 years. Ian has a wealth of knowledge of the international geosynthetic community and a valued member of the GeoQ team
